Check-in/Checkout

All guests shall check-in after 3pm and checkout by 10am to ensure we have adequate time to prepare the rooms for guests. Early check-in is generally available as long as the room is ready by arrival.

Meals

For those guests that have purchased it, breakfast shall be served between 7:30am and 9:00am every morning in the restaurant.

Smoking

Please be aware that our hotel rooms are strictly non smoking and smoking is allowed on the level 2 smoking balcony.

Onsen Procedure

All guests shall be aware that prior to entering the onsen baths please shower thoroughly using the shower facilities provided. No bathing suits are to be worn in the onsen as this is a traditional Japanese facility (however concessions may be made for occasions when only foreigners are present in the hotel)

Footwear

Please be aware that outside footwear is not to be worn in the main hotel area, guests shall use the slippers provided. In the rooms, guests are not to wear any footwear (except socks) to avoid damage to the tatami flooring.
